- STAGGERED HANDS PUSHUPS
- TRIANGLE PUSHUPS
- SQUATS. PARTNER ON YOUR SHOULDERS
- JUMPS
- LEG KICKS. ROUND HOUSE STRIKES.
- SHORT SPRINTS. TOUCH FLOOR AND GO.
- plank walks. pushup position. move right hand to right then right foot. 5 times one way then reverse
- hand stand pushups. stand on hands against a wall for balance. killer shoulder workout!!!
- plank steps. pushup position. move feet slowly with small steps up to your hands. repeat backward. then do a pushup.
CREATIVE WEIGHT TRAINING:
· MILK CARTON FILLED WITH WATER IS AN 8 POUND WEIGHT.
5 GALLON PAINT BUCKET FILLED WITH WATER IS A 40 POUND WEIGHT.
