10 pushups
10 situps
10 jumping jacks
10 double punches
10 front kicks
10 wide toe touchs--left middle right clap hands

start with 10 work up to completing 15 of each in 5 minutes.
it will increase your heart rate.  burn fat with only 5 minutes a day.
